Project Paws for Peace will use adoptable animals from local rescues to come and serve as therapy animals. This project will also be offering a class on the basic knowledge and medical needs/necessities that come with owning a pet.

Mission

The purpose of my project is an attempt to reduce the stress of students and their families. Paws for Peace also strives to help the local rescues and shelters gain exposure. Our mission is to help the animals in need to find forever homes all while educating on how to properly care for them.

Vision

The vision is to ensure that participants feel more relaxed and at peace after attending the therapy session. In addition to this, Paws for Peace strives to create the perfect owners to go with the lovely pets waiting to come home.
